Macaroni Salad

12 oz. tri-color macaroni cooked al dente; drained and cooled
1 can of solid white tuna in water, drained
1 stalk of chopped celery including some leaves for extra flavor
1/4 c. chopped red onion
1/4 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1/2 - 3/4 c. of mayo, depending on how much you like
1 heaping tbsp. of Dijon or yellow mustard
salt, pepper and onion powder to taste

Mix all ingredients except macaroni in a large mixing bowl; stir until everything is combined.  Gently stir in macaroni and chill for several hours before serving.
