Hi, I'm Vinessa!

I help busy, health-conscious women prepare easy, healthy meals so they look and feel better about themselves.

I've had a passion for cooking for as long as I can remember. In 2012, I started a social media page sharing our family's recipes and eventually self-published two cookbooks.

But it hasn't always been this way…

As I entered my 50s, my weight began to creep up even though I hadn't changed what I ate or my exercise routine. I tried eliminating certain food groups, but it wasn't sustainable — and eventually, I regained the weight. I didn't feel good about myself, and I knew something had to change.

That's when I started tweaking my favorite recipes, measuring and tracking everything I ate. I bought an inexpensive food scale, pulled out my measuring cups, and began creating healthier versions of the meals I loved most.

Within a few months, everything changed.

I dropped a clothing size and finally felt confident and energized again — without giving up the foods I enjoy.

The best part? I did it without restrictive diets, complicated meal plans, or spending hours in the kitchen.
