4 lbs. ground turkey
4 eggs
1 c. seasoned breadcrumbs
splash of cream
1/2 vidalia onion, minced
2 cloves minced garlic, plus extra cloves for “teeth”
1/2 c. minced parsley
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder, to taste
8 strips of par-cooked bacon
2 hard boiled eggs
2 sliced olives barbecue sauce
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Prepare a cookie sheet with foil and cooking spray.
Spray a frying pan with cooking spray and sauté onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes, until soft.
Allow onions and garlic to cool then stir into ground turkey along with four eggs, breadcrumbs, cream, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning.
Form meat on cookie sheet to resemble a monster, with a wide forehead and narrow jaw.
Make indentations for eyes and mouth.
Arrange bacon around head to resemble bandages.
Bake for one hour or until meat thermometer reads 160°F.
Cool for 5-10 minutes.
Add hard boiled eggs and olives for eyes, garlic for teeth and barbecue sauce to resemble blood.
Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetable of choice.
