Keto Bagels

1 c. almond flour (blanched)

1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella (whole milk)

2 tbsp. cream cheese

1 egg

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

2 tsp. olive or avocado oil

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. dried onion

1 tsp. sesame seeds

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven 375 F.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper; spray with cooking spray.

Mix almond flour, baking powder and seasoning.

Stir in cream cheese and mozzarella and microwave for 30 second intervals until cheese is melted.

Remove from microwave, mix so everything is incorporated; add the egg, mix well.

Divide dough into four pieces.

Roll each piece into a strip and join the ends, forming a circle.

Transfer to the cookie sheet and brush with oil.

Mix together 1/2 tsp salt,

1 tsp dried onion,

1/2 tsp sesame seeds and

1/4 tsp garlic powder.

Sprinkle on top of bagels and bake for 18-20 minutes.
