Cinnamon Buns

2 c. baking mix

3 oz. softened cream cheese

2 tbsp. granulated sugar

1/2 c. milk

1/4 c. softened butter

2 tsp. cinnamon

1/3 c. sugar

2-3 tbsp. light corn syrup

Preheat oven 425 F.

Grease an 8” x 8” baking pan.

Mix together baking mix, cream cheese and 2 tbsp. sugar.

Add milk, to form a soft dough.

Transfer dough to a floured board and knead for a minute, until dough is smooth.

Roll dough to a 15” x 8” rectangle; spread softened butter over dough and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Drizzle with corn syrup and roll to form a log.

Cut log into 8 pieces and transfer to baking pan.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes.

ICING

4 oz. softened butter

4oz. softened cream cheese

1 tsp. vanilla

1 c. powdered sugar

1/4 c. milk or cream

Whisk everything until smooth and creamy.

Spread onto warm cinnamon buns!
