12 Hawaiian rolls
1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. diced onion
3/4 c. sliced pickles
3 tbsp. yellow mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. dry steak seasoning
cooking spray
6 slices of cheese (I used cheddar)
2 tbsp. butter
2-3 tbsp. Everything Bagel seasoning
Preheat oven 350 F.
Mix together ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, and steak seasoning.
Spray a 9”x13” baking dish with cooking spray.
Press meet into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on how you like your burgers cooked.
Heat a frying pan that’s been sprayed with cooking spray. Add onions and a dash of steak seasoning and cook until onions are translucent.
Cut rolls in half so you have tops and bottoms.
Place bottoms in a 9”x13” baking dish that’s been sprayed with cooking spray.
Spread mustard over rolls and set aside.
Once meat is cooked, remove from oven, drain excess grease and allow to sit for five minutes.
Transfer meat directly over the rolls, using two spatulas if needed.
Sprinkle onions and pickles over the meat, add cheese and top with remaining rolls.
Gently press the tops down by hand.
Melt butter and brush over rolls.
Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning and bake uncovered for 10 - 15 minutes.
