Love this easy recipe for beef kebabs. It's like a stir fry on a stick!
Marinate the meat the day before.
2 lbs. top round beef
1 each red and yellow peppers cut into chunks
1 large onion cut into chunks
4 crowns of broccoli parboiled
4 bamboo skewers soaked in water for at least an hour
Marinade
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sesame oil
1/4 c. honey
3-4 cloves of minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 tsp. sesame seeds
salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder to taste
Whisk the marinade ingredients together and pour into a Ziploc bag with beef. Refrigerate overnight.
Preheat grill to medium.
Divide meat and veggies into four equal parts and thread onto the skewers. Grill on medium heat for 35-45 minutes, turning every 10-15 minutes.
