3 c. pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp. Creole seasoning
2 tsp. garlic powder
Preheat oven 200 F.
Clean and dry pumpkin seeds.
Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes.
Shake pan a couple of times while seeds are baking.
Increase oven to 350 F.
Sprinkle half of the pumpkin seeds with Creole seasoning and the other half with garlic powder.
Bake for 20 - 30 minutes until they are roasted to your liking.
Shake pan several times while seeds are baking.
Add Parmesan cheese to the pumpkin seeds as soon as you remove them from the oven.
Serve warm or room temperature.
