1 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. pumpkin purée
1 - 3.4 oz. box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Mix together cream cheese and pumpkin purée until combined.
Fold in pudding mix, then add remaining ingredients.
Mix until combined and chill at least 30 minutes.
Serve in a fresh pumpkin lined with foil, or bowl with cookies, graham crackers and apple slices.
