Tzatziki

2 c. Greek yogurt - I use 0% fat
2 c. diced cucumber - about 2 cups
1 clove minced garlic
2 tbsp. chopped dill
pinch of sea salt

I added some dehydrated onion for crunch.

You can also add 1 tbsp. of olive oil.

Serve with pita or veggies.
