2 bunches of broccoli rabe, washed and stems trimmed
10 cloves of thinly sliced garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
salt, hot pepper seeds, onion and garlic powder to taste
Heat oil in a large frying pan; sauté garlic and hot pepper seeds for 1-2 minutes on each side, being careful not to brown.
Use tongs to transfer the broccoli rabe to the frying pan, along with with additional seasoning. Do this in four batches, mixing well after each addition.
Continue mixing every few minutes until broccoli rabe is wilted. It should take 10-15 minutes.
Serve with Italian bread and it’s a meal in itself!
