Asparagus with Prosciutto 1 bunch is asparagus, cleaned and ends trimmed1/2 lb. prosciutto2-3 tbsp. olive oilblack pepperBoil water in a large pot.While water is coming up to boil, fill a large bowl with ice cubes and cold water.Place asparagus in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, depending on thickness.Drain asparagus and immediately transfer to ice bath for another minute or two.Drain asparagus and pat dry.Wrap each stem with a slice of prosciutto and arrange on a serving platter.Drizzle with olive oil and back pepper.This is a wonderful appetizer or side dish.
