8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 1/4 c. ricotta, strained
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. mini chocolate chips
Mix cream cheese until smooth.
Add ricotta and mix until combined.
Fold in powder sugar then vanilla.
Stir in chocolate chips and chill several hours.
Serve with, fresh fruit, cannoli chips or waffle cones.
