3 c. cooked rice of choice
1/4 c. diced Vidalia onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 c. diced carrot
1/4 c. frozen peas
1 beaten egg
1-2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sesame oil
freshly grated ginger or ground ginger, to taste
salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder, to taste
Heat oil in a large frying pan.
Sauté onions, carrots and seasoning for 3-4 minutes; add garlic and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes.
Mix in eggs, soy sauce and additional seasoning if desired.
Once eggs is cooked, stir in rice and frozen peas. Continue cooking until everything is heated through.
You can cooked add shrimp, chicken or beef for a complete meal.
