1 lb. Ground turkey1/2 large onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1 clove minced garlic
cooking spray
salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder to taste🥫
1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Heat a large frying pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray; add onions and carrots and seasoning. Cook for
4 - 5 minutes, until soft; add garlic and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
Break up the turkey over the onion mixture and saute until it's no longer pink. Add more seasoning if needed.
🥫 In a small bowl, mix together tomato sauce, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce; add to the meat mixture and stir until everything is combined. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes until heated through.
I served it on Sandwich Thins (3 points) with pickles on the side.
Such an easy, satisfying meal. Make a double batch and freeze it so you can have it on a night that you don't feel like cooking! 🥫
