4 boneless chicken breasts, pounded thin1/2 packet dry Good Seasons dressing mix
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. onion flakes
black pepper and ground ginger to taste
1 c. honey
1/3 c. soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, sliced
2 tsp. sesame oil
cooking spray
1/2 - 1 c. water
2 chopped scallions
Heat a frying pan with 1 tsp. sesame oil and cooking spray.
Mix Good Seasons and flour; dip both sides of chicken in flour mixture. Place chicken in hot pan and fry about 3-4 minutes on each side. Add additional sesame oil and more cooking spray once you turn chicken. Fry for 2-3 minutes and add about 1/2 c. of water. Continue cooking for a couple of minutes then add garlic and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, honey and remaining water. Pour over chicken, cover and cook for another couple of minutes.
Garnish with chopped scallions before serving.
