Korean Style Pulled Pork

4 lbs. of pork shoulder
Mix the following ingredients together and pour into crockpot.
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 packet of stevia
Mix the following ingredients together and rub on pork.
2 tbsp. each onion and garlic powder
1 tbsp. ginger
2 tsp. each black pepper and salt

Place pork in Crock-Pot and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours.

Remove from pot when done and shred using two forks.

Pour liquid over pork and transfer to a cast iron pan.

Bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes.
