Barbecued Pork Ribs
3-4 lbs. of pork ribs
1 c. of your favorite barbecue sauce
For the dry rub
2 tbsp. garlic and onion powder
1 tbsp. each cumin, chili powder, dry mustard, smoked paprika, black pepper and sea salt
Mix together seasoning and sprinkle over both sides of ribs, patting it into the meat.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill at least 6 hours.
Preheat grill 375 F.
Remove ribs from fridge 30 minutes before grilling to take the chill off.
Cook ribs on the top rack of the grill for about an hour, turning frequently.
Brush both sides with barbecue sauce 5 minutes before they’re finished, turning once.
We served them with baked beans on the side.
