Sheet Pan Shrimp and Veggies

Preheat oven to 375°

Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray. 

16 oz. bag of cleaned shrimp (any size)
1- 10 oz. bag each of frozen cauliflower and broccoli
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
3/4 c. sliced peppers
salt, pepper, lemon pepper, hot pepper seeds, ginger, garlic and o ion powder, to taste
2 tsp. soy sauce

Place frozen shrimp and veggies onto the sheet pan; add remaining ingredients, including seasoning and soy sauce. Shake the pan to mix everything and bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
