1 lb. sweet sausage, cooked and crumbled
6 eggs
2 - 10 oz. packages of of chopped spinach, thawed and drained
16 oz. shredded mozzarella
1/4 c. grated pecorino cheese
8 oz. ricotta
salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder, to taste
2 frozen pies shells or two pie crusts
Preheat oven 375 F.
Mix together filling ingredients then evenly distribute in pie shells
Bake for one hour, until golden brown.
Cool for a few minutes before serving.
