14 oz. sweetened, shredded coconut
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 c. chopped almonds
Preheat oven 325 F.
Mix together coconut, milk and chocolate chips.
Stir in almonds.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop one heaping tablespoon of mixture onto the baking sheet.
Flatten cookies using the back of a spoon and bake for 14-16 minutes, until edges are brown.
Cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
