1 1/4 c. ground beef
1-2 cloves minced garlic
1/3 c. diced Vidalia onion
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 c. breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. milk or cream
salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder to taste
Mix everything together by hand, being careful not to over mix.
Form meatballs and chill at least 30 minutes before frying, baking or dropping them into the sauce.
You can also freeze them on a cookie sheet then transfer to freezer bags.
Pop them in the freezer so they are ready when you need them!
