Flank Steak 1.5 - 2 lb. flank steak Marinade 2 tsp. minced garlic 1 tbsp. each cumin and smoked paprika juice of one lime 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. olive oil salt, pepper, hot pepper flakes, onion and garlic powder, to taste Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl; add meat, cover and chill several hours or overnight. Remove meat from fridge 30 minutes before grilling. Heat grill to medium high setting. Grill meat for about 8 minutes per side, depending on how well you like your steak. Allow meat to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Roasted cauliflower is a nice side dish with this recipe.
