Preheat oven 350 F.
Prepare a sheet pan with foil and cooking spray.
2 c. each peanuts almonds pecans cashews walnuts
1 tbsp. each of garlic & onion powder
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1/4 tsp. each chili powder and dry mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Kosher salt
Mix nuts in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl mix spices (except salt).
Add spices and Worcestershire sauce to nuts.
Spread evenly on the cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
Be sure to stir a couple of times while baking.
Remove nuts from oven and sprinkle with salt while warm.
Store in an airtight container up to two weeks.
You can place nuts in a jar with a pretty ribbon and give them as small gifts.
