Italian Nachos

1/2 package of wonton wrappers

2 c. canola oil

2 lbs. pork sausage removed from casing

1 c. marinara sauce

1 c. Alfredo sauce

1-2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

1 c. sliced pepperoni

1/2 c. cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

1/2 c. sliced pepperoncini

1/2 c. sliced banana peppers

1/2 c. each sliced green and black olives

Heat oil in a skillet.

Fry wonton wrappers until golden brown then drain in paper towels.

Spray a frying pan with cooking spray and cook sausage until no longer pink.

While sausage is cooking, heat marinara and Alfredo sauces.

Preheat oven 350 F.

Arrange wonton wrappers on a sheet pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Distribute sausage over wontons and continue layering with remaining ingredients, ending with cheese.

I like to put Alfredo sauce on one half and marinara sauce on the other half.

Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

This is a fun dinner or appetizer!
