Roasted Carrots

Preheat oven 425 F.

2 lbs. carrots, peeled and trimmed

1-2 tbsp. olive oil

salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder, to taste

Line a sheet pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.

Arrange carrots in pan; drizzle with olive oil and seasoning.

Bake for 30-40 minutes.

Shake pan a couple of time so carrots cook evenly.
