1 - 9” prepared graham cracker crust

1- 8 oz. package softened cream cheese

1- 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

1 tbsp. fresh orange juice

1 tsp. vanilla

1 -2 tbsp. orange zest

1- 8 oz. can of mandarin oranges, drained

1 pint of whipping cream

Mix cream cheese until smooth; mix in milk, orange juice, vanilla and zest until everything is combined.

In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.

Fold half of the whipped cream into the filling mixture. Reserve the rest for later.

Pour the filling into the pie crust and chill overnight until set.

Spread remaining whipped cream over the filling.

Decorate with mandarin oranges and zest.

Let it chill for another hour or two and it’s ready to serve!
