Easy Caramel Sauce

1 - 8 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Using long tongs, place the can on its side and submerge in water.

Water should be two inches above the can.

Boil uncovered for two hours.

Remove can using tongs and set aside to cool for at least 30 minutes.

Gently open can and stir.

Perfect over ice cream, cheesecake or apples!
