3 cans chick peas, rinsed and drained
2/3 c. chopped celery (including leaves)
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1 c. sliced cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber, quartered
4 oz. of goat cheese
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder, to taste
Mix everything together and chill several hours before serving.
