1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
3 c. crushed corn flakes
1 c. honey mustard
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. honey
salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder to taste
Preheat oven 400°
Line a sheet pan with foil coated with cooking spray.
Season chicken on both sides. Mix soy sauce and mustard.
Dip chicken in mustard mixture then cornflakes. Drizzle with honey and bake for 25-30 until chicken is cooked through.
