Roast Pork Tenderloin

1 - 1 1/2 lbs. pork tenderloin trimmed

salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder, to taste

6 strips of bacon, partially cooked

1/2 c. apple butter

Preheat grill or oven to 400 F.

Wrap bacon around tenderloin, using toothpicks to secure.

Place pork on grill or oven and cook until temperature reaches 145°

Brush pork with apple butter and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes.

Transfer pork to a platter and let it rest for 5 minutes or so before slicing.
