Easy Penne with Sausage

1 lb. Italian sausage
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. grape tomatoes
1 lb. of penne cooked al dente
1/2 c. of pasta water
2 tbsp. fresh minced fresh or parsley
1/2 c. of grated pecorino Romano cheese
Hot pepper seeds to taste

Brown sausage in olive oil. Remove sausage from pan,  cool then slice and add back to pan along with tomatoes. Continue cooking sausage on stove top until it's no longer pink and tomatoes are heated.
Add drained penne, 1/2 c of pasta water, grated cheese and basil or parsley. Mix together and add more grated cheese and not pepper flakes if desired.
So quick and easy!
