1 lb. lamb chops
1/4 c. olive oil
juice of one lemon
4 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Place lamb chops in a baking dish.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice then sprinkle with garlic and oregano.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge and chill for several hours.
Heat grill to medium high.
Grill lamb chops for 4 minutes per side.
Serve warm. This is a great appetizer too!
