No Bake Blueberry Cream Cheese Pie 1 - 8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature1- 14 oz. can sweet and condensed milk1/2 c. fresh lemon juice1 tsp. vanilla1-2 c. fresh blueberries2 tsp. lemon zest1 - 9” graham cracker crust Mix first 4 ingredients with a hand mixer until smooth. Stir in about one cup of blueberries and pour into the pie crust. Chill at least 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with whipped cream, remaining blueberries and lemon zest before serving.
