3 1/2 c. flour

3 tsp. baking soda

4 eggs

1 c. sugar

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

1/4 lb. butter at room temperature 

Sift together flour and baking powder.

In a separate bowl cream butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla.

Stir in dry ingredients a little at a time until everything is incorporated.

Chill dough for an hour.

Preheat oven 350 F.

Break off small pieces of dough and roll into 3” strips, a little thicker than a pencil.

Twist dough to resemble bunny ears.

Add pastel discs or candy for eyes.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, until lightly browned.

Cool completely.

Can be stored in a tin for several days.
