Beer Bread Croutons

3 c. sifted flour

3 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. salt

1/4 c. sugar

10 oz. beer

1/4 c. melted butter

Preheat oven 375 F.

Sift together dry ingredients; pour beer over dry ingredients and whisk together until everything

Is incorporated.

Transfer batter to a greased loaf pan; pour melted butter over the top and bake for one hour.

Cool for at least 15 minutes before removing from the pan.

Make croutons with leftovers. Cut into cubes and bake at 325 F. for 20 minutes.
