Place pie crust into a greased 9” deep dish pie plate.
In a large bowl mix together sugars, flour, salt and cinnamon; add lemon juice and sliced apples ~ I leave the skins on, but you can peel the skin if desired.
Gently mix until apples are completely coated.
Transfer to the pie crust, piling apples in the middle to form a mound.
Using a pastry blender or two knives, mix together flour, sugars and butter until coarse crumbs form. Gently stir in the cooled pecans.
Spoon the mixture over the apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for 60-70 minutes, until crust is brown and apples are cooked.
Cool pie and serve with whipped cream or ice cream!
