Asian Wings

2-3 lbs. cleaned chicken wings
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. honey
4 cloves minced garlic
salt and hot pepper seeds to taste
1 minced scallion

Mix everything except wings in a large bowl or ziploc bag. Add wing and mix until wings are coated.

Chill for 1-2 hours

Remove wings from fridge about 30 minutes before grilling.

Preheat grill to 210 F.

Place wings on grill and cook for 40 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.

Sauce

2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
1/3 c. honey
salt, pepper and hot sauce, to taste

Toss wings in sauce and sprinkle with scallions before serving.
