Antipasto Wreath

You can use meat and cheese that you and your family like.

1 bunch parsley

1 bunch rosemary

8 oz. cubed mozzarella

8 oz. cubed cheddar

6 oz. cubed Jarlsberg

1/4 lb. prosciutto, rolled to resemble a flower

1 c. green olives with pimento

1 c. grape tomatoes

1 can artichoke hearts

6-8 Pepperoncini

Pita crackers

Arrange parsley and rosemary on a dish.

Place cheese, prosciutto, olives, tomatoes etc. as desired.

You can use the artichoke hearts, pepperoncini, and tomatoes to resemble holly.

Get creative and have fun!
